Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Sr. Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to the maintenance and enhancement of production equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr. Manufacturing Technician

Location: Tigard, OR

Pay Range: $36.62

Shift: 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM, Monday through Thursday

What's the Job?

Respond to assembly line equipment repair calls by diagnosing issues and performing necessary repairs.

Document equipment qualifications, upgrades, preventative maintenance, and parts used in the MP2 maintenance database.

Maintain backup equipment and ensure spare parts inventory levels meet manufacturing needs.

Assist industrial, manufacturing, and quality engineers in equipment operation and troubleshooting.

Provide feedback to equipment development engineers and suggest improvements to maximize equipment uptime.

What's Needed?

Associates Degree or equivalent work experience in a technical field.

Minimum of 4 years of related experience in manufacturing or equipment maintenance.

Extensive knowledge of technical concepts, systems, and product fundamentals.

Ability to interpret advanced data, schematics, and manuals to resolve complex issues.

Experience working within a quality system environment and performing technical assignments independently.
