The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition leads strategic initiatives by translating business goals into actionable plans that align with team capacity. The Walmart Global Talent Acquisition team hires over 20,000 home office associates annually, connecting exceptional talent with opportunities across Retail, Corporate Functions, Growth, and Technology. What you'll do...
Translate business goals into actionable plans aligned with team capacity.
Monitor and adjust priorities to address shifting timelines, risks, and resource constraints.
Build credibility with Directors and senior business leaders through consistency and preparation.
Coach and develop associates to enhance quality and execution.
Analyze metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Ensure process compliance, data accuracy, and consistent candidate experience across teams.
Collaborate with business leaders to provide data-driven updates and manage expectations.
Drive continuous improvements in operations and team capability development.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
