Pay: $20.00/Hour

Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities

Shifts: Days, Evenings, and Overnights Available

Assignment Length: 13-Week Contract with Extension Potential

This role provides an opportunity to support adults with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges while gaining valuable experience in healthcare and community services.

Position Overview

As a Direct Care Professional, you'll help individuals maintain independence, develop life skills, and participate in their community while providing a safe and supportive living environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide daily support with personal care and routine activities

Encourage independence and individual goal achievement

Assist with community outings and recreational activities

Support meal preparation and household responsibilities

Administer and document medications as directed

Maintain accurate records and follow care plans

Create positive, respectful relationships with residents

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

Experience in caregiving, healthcare, education, or behavioral health is a plus

No experience required; training provided for the right candidates
