Overview

GovCIO is currently hiring for a Network Operations Lead to join our Development Finance Corporation team supporting the Network Operations (Zero Trust) business unit. This position will be located within the United States and will be a fully remote opportunity.

Responsibilities

Owns the Cisco LAN and WAN, the 99.9% network availability target, and all network changes through the ERB/CCB. Drives MTTR reduction through ITIL incident, problem, and change management and coordinates major incident bridges for network-impacting P1 events.

Qualifications

Bachelor's with 12+ years of network management experience (or commensurate experience)

Must be open to 24x7x365 WAN/LAN operations, ITIL change and incident management, and routing and segmentation discipline

Must have all or at least one of the following certifications (CCNP, CCDP, CISM, PMP, ITIL v4)

Clearance Required: Ability to maintain a DFC Public Trust clearance

Posted Salary Range

USD $124,540.00 - USD $150,000.00 /Yr.

Posted Pay Range

The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
