THE POSITION

Location: Buffalo Grove (333 Lexington Drive)

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Retail Operations team as a Store Lead for our Buffalo Grove Outlet. We are looking for a leader who will inspire and be the role model for our retail associates ensuring top-notch customer service and positive store experiences.

JOB OVERVIEW & RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee daily operations of the Arway Long Grove outlet store,

including sales, customer service, inventory management, and merchandising

Provide excellent customer service by fulfilling customer requests

and answering questions alongside our retail associates

Serve customers and provide a positive store experience

Develop and implement strategies to increase store profitability and

meet sales targets

Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support as

needed

Create employee schedules ensuring coverage of store hours

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Monitor and maintain inventory levels, conducting regular audits

Analyze market trends and customer preferences to optimize product

selection and pricing

Handle customer complaints, or issues in a timely and satisfactory

manner

Conduct and provide support for company tours

Additional responsibilities as required

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Previous retail experience with at least 2 years in a lead, or

supervisory role

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a

team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills displaying active

listening skills

Previous experience in inventory control and management and

merchandising

Ability to multi-task and remain cool and calm in a fast-paced

environment

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for majority of your shift
