Our client is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Paralegal who thrives on keeping cases moving forward, managing critical deadlines, and ensuring attorneys have everything they need to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities

Draft motions, pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents.

Prepare and maintain monthly case status and reporting requirements.

Organize, review, and manage case files to ensure they are complete and trial-ready.

Coordinate and prepare documentation for mediation, hearings, and court proceedings.

Research public records, filings, and creditor information to support case strategy and documentation needs.

Follow up on inquiries and maintain communication with clients, courts, and other parties involved in legal matters.

Conduct outbound calls to gather information, documentation, and updates necessary for case progression.

Maintain accurate records and ensure deadlines are tracked and met.

Provide administrative and case management support to attorneys as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or in a similar legal support role.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.

Experience drafting legal documents and maintaining case files.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to conduct research and analyze information with a high degree of accuracy.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
