Job Title: Warehouse Worker Job Description
This role involves performing a variety of warehouse tasks including picking and processing work orders for assembly, preparing pumps for shipment, and handling materials using warehouse management systems. You will work with an ERP system to view and manage work orders, accurately pull and pack parts, and support shipping and receiving activities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Pick and process work orders for assembly accurately and efficiently.
Prepare pumps and related components for shipment according to specifications.
View, interpret, and update work orders using an ERP system (such as Glovia).
Pull parts and materials from inventory to fulfill work orders and shipments.
Pack shipments securely and correctly, following packaging and labeling requirements.
Perform general packing, packaging, and material handling tasks as needed.
Use RF scanners to track inventory, orders, and shipments in the warehouse management system.
Support shipping and receiving operations, including loading and unloading materials.
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, following safety procedures.
Maintain accurate warehouse inventory records using WMS or ERP systems.
Handle products and materials safely, including occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
Work within small industrial work cells while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures in the warehouse.
Essential Skills
At least 2 years of warehouse experience.
Proficiency using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP system on a computer.
Ability to view and manage work orders in an ERP environment (for example, Glovia).
Strong attention to detail in all aspects of picking, packing, and inventory handling.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds safely.
Experience with order picking, packing, and packaging.
Hands-on experience with shipping and receiving activities.
Ability to use RF scanners for inventory and order processing.
Experience with pallet jacks and general material handling.
Forklift experience.
Ability to work effectively in an industrial warehouse setting with small work cells.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience working with warehouse inventory systems and related documentation.
Familiarity with loading and unloading trucks or containers.
Comfort working with WMS and ERP tools to track inventory and orders.
Ability to stay organized and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Strong reliability and consistency in attendance and performance.

Work Environment
The role is based in an industrial warehouse environment organized into small work cells, where you will handle pumps, parts, and related materials. You will regularly use equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts, and work with WMS and ERP systems on a computer to manage inventory and orders. Shifts are first shift, with typical schedules of 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The work involves material handling and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds, in a setting that emphasizes safety, organization, and efficient workflow.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.
