Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a 3rd Shift Machine OPerator to join their team. As a 3rd Shift Machine OPerator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 3rd Shift Machine OPerator

Location: Braselton, GA

Pay Range: $20

Shift: Night Shift, 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM

What's the Job?

Operate assigned manufacturing machines including resistance welding machines, brake presses, and mechanical power presses.

Complete the Operator Maintenance Program (OMP) for assigned machines within the first ninety days of employment.

Consistently meet production requirements and ensure quality standards are maintained.

Identify unsafe conditions or defective products and take corrective actions promptly.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

At least one year of related manufacturing or machine operation experience.

Ability to use personal protective equipment at all times.

Strong communication skills in English.

Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and measurement reading.
