Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
The Warehouse Worker plays a key role in daily operations by accurately packing, organizing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while supporting all shipping and receiving activities based on current work orders. This position works at a packing station and on the warehouse floor to ensure products are handled efficiently, safely, and in line with specific client requirements.
Responsibilities
Pack products according to detailed client requirements, ensuring accuracy, proper protection, and correct quantities.
Prepare packaged orders for shipment, including boxing, labeling, sealing, and organizing items for pickup or delivery.
Perform shipping activities by processing outgoing orders based on current work orders and shipping documentation.
Carry out receiving functions by unloading, checking, and organizing incoming products against work orders and packing slips.
Pick products from a work order sheet, ensuring correct item selection, counts, and placement for packing or shipment.
Work at a packing station to pack products efficiently and neatly, maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Handle materials and products safely throughout the warehouse, including moving, staging, and organizing items.
Support warehouse shipping operations by preparing pallets, cartons, or containers for outbound shipments.
Follow established procedures for work orders, shipping, receiving, and packaging to maintain accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets and support a strong team culture.
Essential Skills
Hands-on experience with shipping and receiving functions in a warehouse environment.
Proven experience picking orders from a work order sheet with attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience working at a packing station to pack products for shipment.
Experience in order picking, packaging, and general material handling.
Ability to follow work orders and written instructions for packing, shipping, and receiving tasks.
Strong organizational skills to keep products, packing materials, and work areas orderly.
Reliability and consistency in attendance to support steady warehouse operations.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in warehouse shipping operations, including boxing, labeling, and staging orders.
Comfort working with various packaging materials and equipment at a packing station.
Capability to adapt to different product @types and client-specific packing requirements.
Willingness to support overtime needs during large projects when required.
Commitment to safety and following warehouse procedures and guidelines.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
