Our client, a leading organization in the electronics manufacturing industry, is seeking a 1st shift Electronics Assembler (Short Term 30-60 DAYS) to join their team. As a 1st shift Electronics Assembler (Short Term 30-60 DAYS), you will be part of the production support team, contributing to the assembly and testing of electronic systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 1st shift Electronics Assembler

Location: Melbourne, FL

Pay Rate: $18.92

Shift: 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Monday to Friday)

What's the Job?

Assemble electrical or electronic systems, subassemblies, and components using various hand tools and techniques.

Test assembled systems to ensure proper functionality and identify any defects.

Operate and maintain hand tools and specialized equipment used in electrical assembly.

Ensure that assembled products meet quality standards and specifications.

Lift and move large format display screens from station to station, ensuring safety and efficiency.

What's Needed?

A minimum of 2 years of electrical repair and/or electrical assembly experience.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs continuously throughout the shift.

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols.

Reliable and punctual with a proactive approach to work.
