Our client, a leader in manufacturing and logistics, is seeking a Warehouse Administrative Clerk to join their team. As a Warehouse Administrative Clerk, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting warehouse management and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Administrative Clerk

Location: Newburyport, MA

Pay Range: $24 to $28 Upon Experience

Shift: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

What's the Job?

Coordinate and manage warehouse administration tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Communicate effectively with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate shipping and receiving processes.

Analyze data to support decision-making and process improvements.

Assist in managing logistics documentation and compliance with relevant regulations.

What's Needed?

1-3 years of experience in warehouse administration, logistics, shipping and receiving, or inventory management.

Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; English proficiency; Spanish is a plus.
