What's a typical day as Manufacturing Technician? You'll be:
Performing and supporting operations in the Powders Weigh Up and Blending Rooms
Following Good Manufacturing Practices, health/hygiene protocols, and approved procedures
Accurately weighing raw materials and recording exact weights per batch production records
Operating blending machinery and documenting blending times according to batch requirements
Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and workspaces following approved procedures
Using good documentation practices and maintaining legible records
Notifying maintenance for equipment issues as needed
Adhering to safety policies and maintaining punctual attendance
Cooperating effectively with co-workers and supervisors
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have basic mathematical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Possess a sense of urgency, accountability, professionalism, and self-motivation
Can speak, read, and write in English and follow batch production directions
Are able to read and record weights in grams and kilograms and write legibly
Can lift up to 75 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks (stand, walk, kneel, bend, stoop, squat)
Can operate a pallet jack
Hold a High School diploma or GED (preferred)
