Summary Information Technology Division - Arlington, VA The selectee of this position serves as a Budget Analyst. You will be responsible for performing a wide variety of analytical and administrative duties relating to budget formulation, budget execution, and financial management. Responsibilities As a Budget Analyst at the GS-0560-13 level, some of your typical work assignments may include: Serving as the lead analyst responsible for providing recommendations regarding ITD investment procedures, controls, and spending. Overseeing ITD capital planning and investment procedures, budget, and capital spending projections. Formulating and tracking the ITD multimillion-dollar budget. Preparing documentation for presentation to various committees or working groups. Qualifications GS-13 TIME IN GRADE REQUIREMENTS: Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS-12 grade level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-13 grade level. (Must submit your SF-50 that shows Time-in-Grade eligibility and reflects your title, series, and grade. No award SF-50 will be accepted). You may qualify at the GS-0560-13 level, if you fulfill the following qualification: Specialized Experience: Must have at least one year (52 weeks) of full-time specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 grade level in the federal service performing the following duties: 1. Reviewing monthly invoices for accuracy and resolving billing issues/problems; 2. Preparing a variety of financial reports/analyses for management; 3.
