We are looking for Production Operators to join our teamon 1st Shift. This position will be based in Buffalo Grove, IL.

Shift Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm

Hourly Rate: $18.38

You'll win us over by having the followingqualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, which mayinclude sitting, standing, bending, pushing, pulling, and other movements asrequired throughout the workday

Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructionsin English, including assembly, testing, safety, and equipment documentation

Ability to assemble and adjust products in accordance with establishedwork instructions, specifications, and quality standards.

Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 25 pounds

Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need forcurrent or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications:

HighSchool Diploma or GED

You will make a difference by:

Manufacturing products by following visual aids,written work instructions, established procedures, and verbal directions.

Operating hand, pneumatic, and power tools, aswell as small and large production equipment, material handling devices, andcomputer-controlled machinery.

Moving materials and components as needed tosupport production requirements and maintain efficient material flow.

Rotating between workstations, work cells, anddepartments to support operational needs and production schedules.

Completing and maintaining required production,quality, and departmental records.

Identifying and reporting process, equipment, orquality issues to appropriate personnel.

Performing product, equipment, and processsetups, adjustments, and changeovers in accordance with established procedures.

Supporting a safe, organized, and team-orientedwork environment while meeting quality and productivity expectations.
