Receptionist

Conco Services LLC is looking for a Receptionist for our Boerne, TX location.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for executives, customers, suppliers, job applicants, and other visitors

Ensures all visitors are directed to the appropriate contact within the organization

Answering phone calls via phone system, redirects callers, takes messages, and provides timely communication to appropriate parties

Maintain office and kitchen inventories by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, receiving deliveries, and distributing supplies to support business operations

Manage and regularly update company telephone lists and emergency contacts ensuring accurate information

Coordinate with maintenance and service providers to support building related issues

Manage daily distribution and coordination of incoming and outgoing mail

Schedule and coordinate meetings, manage departmental calendars, support office logistics and operational needs

Coordinate business travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, rental vehicles, and other travel accommodations

Coordinate breakfast, lunch, snacks, beverages for meetings and other company functions

Serve as a Notary Public for the organization, notarizing documents and maintaining required records in compliance with state requirements

Adhere to the Employee's Responsibilities section outlined in Conco's Safety Policies & Procedure Manual

Perform other essential duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalence Certificate is required

Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Work, PowerPoint & Excel)

Must be authorized to work within the United States

Possess the equivalent combination of experience and training to provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities

Light physical effort requiring frequent lifting or the moving of materials up to 35 lbs.

Frequent hand-to-finger, handle, feel objects & tools, walking, sitting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, talking and hearing

Physically submit to periodic drug, background, and clearance screenings (employment is contingent upon favorable results)

Maintain strict confidentiality on all matters

Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations

Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization

Able to communicate effectively, both written and oral

Able to organize work and prioritize tasks

Valid Drivers License
