Description

Our stable client in the Royersford, PA area is looking to hire a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative support and help ensure the office operates efficiently. This highly organized Administrative Assistant will provide general administrative and clerical support to the office and team. This role will consist of maintaining and updating internal records, draft and distribute internal and external communications, prepare meeting materials, create event agendas, cover the reception area as needed, answer and route incoming calls, and assist other staff with administrative tasks. The ideal Administrative Assistant should have a technical aptitude for database systems, strong attention to detail and experience working in a professional services environment.

How you will make an impact

· Organize, schedule, and confirm appointments/meetings

· Track and analyze accounting data

· Coordinate conference calls

· Maintain and update client records within CRM systems

· Calendar Management

· Draft internal/external correspondence

· Serve as point of contact for client inquiries

· Assist with special projects and general office support as needed

Requirements

The ideal Administrative Assistant will preferably have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration or similar but NOT required.

Other requirements for the Administrative Assistant role include and are not limited to:

· 1+ years of administrative experience

· Any exposure to accounting a big plus

· Proficient Microsoft Office skills

· Adobe Acrobat and/or Deltek experience a plus

· High level of professionalism and attention to detail

· Light Travel
