We are looking for a highly organized Receptionist to support daily front office operations for an organization in the Greenfield MA area. Responsibilities:

Manage front-office activities and provide administrative support to ensure daily operations run efficiently.

Respond to incoming phone calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and deliver courteous assistance to callers and visitors.

Perform data entry with a strong focus on accuracy, organization, and timely record updates.

Maintain office files, documents, and general administrative records in an orderly and accessible manner.

Support reception coverage by greeting guests, handling basic requests, and coordinating communications.

Assist with routine office tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and preparation of administrative materials.

Requirements - Prior experience in administrative support, office coordination, or a similar clerical role.

Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and communicate clearly with a variety of audiences.

Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Comfortable performing receptionist and front-desk responsibilities in a busy office setting.

Proficiency with standard office practices and general administrative procedures.
