Job Duties:This position is Lead supervisor of a department. This consists of other ag bosses and offenders. This position is to lead and supervise production. It also consists of security checks and counts of the offenders. Paperwork and making sure your department is clean.You'd be a GOOD fit if:You have criminal justice back round, and/or processing back round.You have good communication skillsYou have a strong work ethic You are detailed oriented You'd be a GREAT fit if:You have a bachelors degree in criminal justice and/or Criminal Justice Experience.You have 2 years of Meat processing experience.You already have TDCJ pre-service training.
