Job Duties:In this role, youll supervise electrical maintenance, repairs, and construction projects across state facilities. Youll schedule and oversee preventive, corrective, and emergency electrical work, making sure everything is completed safely and efficiently. Youll prepare project estimates, order materials, and maintain detailed repair records. Youll coordinate assignments with other supervisors to keep projects on track, and youll train and supervise maintenance workers while ensuring full compliance with all safety regulations.You'd be a GOOD fit if:You have experience working as an electrician in maintenance, construction, or an industrial setting, understand electrical systems, codes, and equipment, and can read electrical blueprints, diagrams, and schematics. You bring strong problemsolving and communication skills, and youre able to organize work effectively while maintaining accurate records.You'd be a GREAT fit if:You have supervisory or teamleadership experience, extensive knowledge of electrical codes, and the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems. You have experience planning and coordinating multiple electrical projects, training others, and improving work processes.
