CONSTRUCTION WORKER- IMMEDIATE OPENINGS

Location: Sioux Falls, SD

Pay: 19-$23/hour

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7 am- 5 pm

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Construction Worker to assist with a variety of tasks on active construction sites. This role supports skilled trades, maintains jobsite organization, and ensures work is completed safely and efficiently. Ideal candidates are hands-on, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist with general construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup

Use hand and power tools such as drills, saws, grinders, and impact drivers safely and effectively

Measure, mark, and cut materials accurately using a tape measure and other layout tools

Load, unload, and move construction materials, tools, and equipment

Support skilled trade workers (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.) as needed

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment (training available for entry-level candidates)

Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools accurately

Physical ability to lift 50 lbs+, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team

Willingness to learn new skills and assist in different areas as needed

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
