Responsibilities The purpose of this position is to provide for the development of the incumbent through on-the-job experience and training covered by a formal training program. Assists in troubleshooting accessibility and availability problems and initiates corrective actions. Ensures basic application of information security/information assurance policies, principles, and practices in the delivery of services. Performs a variety of limited technical tasks designed to familiarize the incumbent with regulatory guidelines, terminology, procedures and techniques of Information Technology.
