What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting customers and ensuring seamless service delivery by:
Serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and service needs
Proactively monitoring customer accounts, open requests, and upcoming service requirements
Providing updates before customers need to ask, ensuring a best-in-class service experience
Coordinating service requests with vendors and internal teams from start to finish
Tracking outstanding items and following through to timely resolution
Learning customer preferences, business requirements, and service expectations
Identifying potential issues early and escalating concerns before they impact the customer
Communicating service updates, changes, and resolutions clearly and professionally
Maintaining accurate customer and service records within company systems
Documenting customer interactions and outcomes
Supporting customer onboarding and service changes
Taking on additional responsibilities as needed to support team success
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Communications, Business Administration, Operations, Hospitality, Logistics, or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
A proactive mindset with strong follow-through and accountability
Ability to identify needs, anticipate challenges, and take initiative
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Ability to quickly learn customer requirements, systems, and processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
Internship or entry-level experience in customer service, account support, hospitality, operations, or a related field
Experience using CRM, ERP, ticketing, or other business software platforms

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Atlanta, GA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
