Description

Training Facilitation Support

Coordinate and support training sessions

Schedule training rooms and ensure facility availability

Prepare training and meeting rooms including equipment materials and supplies.

Assist facilitators with logistics and participant management and tracking

Develop and distribute training materials communications and participant documentation.

Track attendance and maintain training records.

Provide general administrative support for department operations and business plan cycle.

Manage calendars schedules and meeting coordination.

Draft edit and distribute email communications notices and business correspondence.

Maintain department files records and documentation.

Create reports presentations and business documents.

Survey Administration Reporting

Create distribute and monitor Training surveys and questionnaires.

Collect compile and analyze survey responses.

Prepare summary reports and presentation materials highlighting key findings and recommendations.

Maintain records of survey results and action items.

Office Business Operations Support

Coordinate logistics for meetings training sessions workshops and special events.

Arrange room reservations event catering pick up and planning.

catering equipment and other event requirements.

Support planning and execution of departmental and company events.

Prepare meeting agendas materials minutes and follow-up communications.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.60 - $31.60/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
