Entry Level Processor Assistant (Administrative)

Description:

Provide administrative and operational support to the mortgage processing team by helping gather documents, update loan files, track requests, and ensure information is accurate and complete throughout the loan process.

Responsibilities:

Support Mortgage Processors with daily administrative tasks.

Collect, organize, and review customer documents to ensure files are complete.

Follow up with customers, realtors, insurance companies, and other third parties to obtain needed information.

Enter, update, and maintain accurate information in company systems.

Upload, save, and organize documents in electronic files.

Monitor loan files and help ensure required steps are completed on time.

Track outstanding items and follow up on pending requests.

Assist with ordering and obtaining employment, asset, insurance, and other verification documents.

Communicate with team members regarding file status and document needs.

Help ensure loan files meet company policies and regulatory requirements.

Support workflow updates and assist with special projects as assigned.

Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Willingness to learn - no prior experience needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pensacola, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
