As a Security Guard - Visible Patrol in Phoenix, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a retail distribution location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor assigned areas, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

Mon12:30 PM - 08:30 PM

Tue12:30 PM - 08:30 PM

Fri05:00 AM - 01:00 PM

Sat05:00 AM - 01:00 PM

Sun05:00 AM - 01:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of distribution areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the property perimeter to help identify unusual activity and potential security-related concerns.

Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and assist with visitor, contractor, and delivery vehicle procedures.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel according to site procedures.

Maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation while communicating professionally with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess at least one year of security-related experience.

A guard card/license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
