As a driving unarmed Security Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting a welcoming environment. Tue06:00 AM - 02:30 PM

Wed06:00 AM - 02:30 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to shoppers, visitors, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas; report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.

Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities in accordance with Allied Universal and location procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
