A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Technical Architect - AI Expertn n Position @type: Contractn Duration: Long Term Contractn Location: Auburn Hills, MI (Hybrid)n n As a Technical Architect - AI Expert, you will be responsible for:n n Required Skills & Qualificationsn Core AI Frameworks n n Expert proficiency with Lang Graph, LangChain, and agent orchestration frameworks n Deep experience with Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, and Amazon Q, including Bedrock Agents and Knowledge Bases n Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP), function calling, tool use, and structured output patterns n Strong command of prompt engineering, evaluation harnesses, fine-tuning, and model optimization n Working knowledge of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and multi-modal systems n Machine Learning n n Classical ML (regression, tree-based ensembles, gradient boosting, clustering) and deep learning (CNNs, RNNs, transformers) across supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement paradigms; feature engineering, hyperparameter optimization, cross-validation, drift detection, and model evaluation n End-to-end ML lifecycle on SageMaker spanning data preparation, training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining n AWS Platform n n SageMaker (Studio, Pipelines, Model Registry, Inference), Bedrock, EKS, Lambda, ECS Fargate, API Gateway, Step Functions n S3, DynamoDB, Aurora, Redshift, Athena, OpenSearch, Kendra n Event Bridge, SNS/SQS, Kinesis, MSK n CloudWatch, X-Ray, CloudTrail, AWS Config, Guard Duty, Macie, Security Hub n IAM, KMS, Private Link, VPC design, and AWS Organizations governance n Salesforce and Enterprise SaaS n n Salesforce Agent force, Einstein, Data Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud integration patterns n Apex, Flow, Platform Events, and REST/Bulk API integration with external AI services n Familiarity with enterprise identity providers, SSO, OAuth, and SCIM provisioning across SaaS estates n Programming and Development n n Advanced Python with deep Fast API experience for scalable, async API development n Java proficiency sufficient to integrate with existing enterprise backend services n Strong CI/CD background using AWS Code Pipeline, Code Build, GitHub Actions, and Infrastructure as Code via Terraform and AWS CDK n Containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes (EKS) n Data and Vector Systems n n Vector store architectures using OpenSearch, Bedrock Knowledge Bases, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma n Embedding model selection, hybrid search, and reranking strategies n Graph database experience (Amazon Neptune, Neo4j) for knowledge representation n Data ingestion, masking, synthetic data generation, and DLP validation pipelines n Ideal Years Of Experience n n 20+ years in software engineering with 5+ years focused on AI/ML systems n n n 3+ years hands-on experience architecting and shipping production LLM and agentic AI applications n Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!n This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.n Please hit APPLY to provide the required information, and we will be back in touch as soon as possible.n We are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar positions.
