As a Security Officer Armed Patrol Response in Seattle, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Armed Security Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. You will communicate professionally with shoppers, employees, and visitors while supporting a welcoming environment. Thur03:00 PM - 01:00 AM

Fri03:00 PM - 01:00 AM

Sat03:00 PM - 01:00 AM

Sun03:00 PM - 01:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols and reporting requirements.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and exterior perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and assist with maintaining orderly operations in accordance with site policies.

Document incidents, patrol activities, and unusual observations accurately, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 21 years of age.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

An armed guard card or license is preferred.

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

A valid firearms permit is preferred.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
