As an Armed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a financial institution location, maintaining a visible presence that helps deter security-related incidents. You will respond to situations with professionalism, support access control, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Fri10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Sat10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at financial institution locations.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and applicable laws.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the business, parking areas, exterior perimeter, and other designated areas to help deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor access points and assist with controlling entry to restricted areas in accordance with site-specific requirements.

Prepare clear and accurate reports regarding patrols, incidents, observations, and other security-related activities.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least two years of security-related experience.

Have at least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Customer service experience is preferred.

An armed guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
