Major Duties: Develops information governance procedures, records management practices, document control processes, and metadata standards to ensure information resources are maintained, secured, and accessible in accordance with applicable requirements. Conducts workflow analyses, organizational assessments, and business process reviews and develops recommendations to improve efficiency, effectiveness, internal controls, communication, and customer service. Leads or participates in special projects involving strategic planning, quality improvement, organizational effectiveness, risk management, and administrative operations. Designs and develops site architecture, navigation structures, workflows, content layouts, and user interaction features for web-based applications and information management systems. Provides administrative and program management support to Center leadership.
