As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting access control and alarm response activities. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.36 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Mon02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Fri02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Sun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.

Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, loading areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy concerns.

Monitor access to assigned areas, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and document entry and exit activity as required.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and emergency responders.

Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff documentation, and maintain a professional presence that helps support a welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements:

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
