As a Security Officer - Day shift in Gresham, OR , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a logistics and distribution location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and provide exceptional customer service. Day Time

Mon05:30 AM - 01:15 PM

Tue05:30 AM - 01:15 PM

Wed05:30 AM - 01:15 PM

Thur05:30 AM - 01:15 PM

Fri05:30 AM - 01:15 PM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions taken.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, trailer yards, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor access points, verify authorized entry and exit, and report unusual conditions, damaged property, or policy violations to appropriate personnel.

Support the orderly movement of personnel, visitors, and deliveries while maintaining awareness of changing site conditions and following Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
