JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Opportunity: This HR Solutions Manager role offers
a unique opportunity to drive strategic HR initiatives across our U.S.
operations, implementing innovative HR solutions that advance both our
business objectives and employee experience. The role is responsible for
HR solutions delivery across all associates within the United States.
This scope of responsibility includes policy and process creation and
implementation, HR metrics management and communications of insights to
inform business actions, collaboration across stakeholders within HR and
the business, and significant employee relations management and
execution. How you will thrive and create and impact Strategic
Leadership & Execution Inform and execute HRSP strategy aligned with US
specific business priorities and visibility across sites and business
segments Partner with global HRBPs and COEs to deliver on business
objectives within the region. Serve as the regional expert across the
U.S, supporting diverse associate populations with unique legal and
cultural @contexts Provide strategic advice and guidance on HR processes
and policies that impact individual business units across the country
Develop strategy for union relationships and labor engagement within the
US Employee Relations & Compliance Implement standardized ER discipline
and processes across the country, ensuring consistent practices and
compliance. Lead newly established centralized processes for conflict
resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions. Handle
escalated employee relations investigations and ensure timely
resolution. Serve as subject matter expert for United State HR policies
and regulations. Communicate regularly with site HRBPs on new policy
implementation and associated change management. Operational Excellence
& Special Projects Lead due diligence and HR integration or divestiture
efforts for M&A activity in country as identified Support special
