About the Role
RG BANK is looking for an experienced, customer-focused Branch Manager to lead our Pagosa Springs branch.
This is the anchor of the branch --- the steady presence customers and staff count on. You'll lead the deposit team, serve as our primary opener of new accounts, resolve customer concerns, and make sure the branch is serving customers well every day.

What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and develop the branch's Tellers and Customer Service Representatives
Serve as our primary opener of consumer and business deposit accounts --- checking, savings, money market, CDs, and IRAs
Own day-to-day branch operations: cash management, vault controls, daily balancing, opening and closing procedures, and coordination of facilities, vendors, and the ATM
Be the branch's point of contact for customer concerns --- investigating, resolving, and improving on what you learn
Grow deposit balances and customer relationships, and represent RG BANK in the community
Step onto the teller line and into CSR work when the branch needs it
What We're Looking For
Required
5+ years of banking experience, including 1--2 years in a supervisory or lead role
Proficiency opening and servicing consumer and business deposit accounts
Working knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and deposit operations
Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
Comfort holding staff accountable to standards, including colleagues who report to other managers
Willingness to perform Teller and CSR duties when needed
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Experience in a community bank environment
Existing ties to the Pagosa Springs or surrounding community

Whoever steps into this role won't be inheriting a finished operation --- they'll help build one, and as the branch grows there will be room to grow with it.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $60,000 -- $70,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Annual incentive: Eligible for an annual performance-based bonus determined by overall bank performance and individual performance.
