Description

Robert Half is currently hiring an Entry-Level Office Clerk to support a nonprofit organization.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build administrative experience in a professional office environment.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

Answering phones and assisting with basic front desk needs

Filing, scanning, copying, and organizing documents

Entering information into internal systems

Assisting with mail and general office correspondence

Maintaining organized records and files

Helping staff with basic administrative tasks

Communicating with clients and visitors in both English and Spanish

Supporting the office with other duties as needed

Requirements

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish

Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply

Strong communication and organizational skills

Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills

Dependable, professional, and willing to learn

Comfortable working in a nonprofit environment
