The Manager of Site Financial Operations for Residential Care and Affiliates is a network position within the Finance Department of Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH). Reports to the Residential Care and Affiliates Controller and assists in providing support to the Ventures, Residential Care and Affiliates Division executive leadership team relative to financial operations including but not limited to, budgets, monitoring monthly financial performance, revenue cycle, conversion and financial planning for campus/division projects, etc.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

A minimum of 5+ years of management experience and/or 7+ years of progressive experience in finance, planning, or directly related activities in the healthcare industry.

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in accounting and/or financial analysis.

Working knowledge of all aspects of PeopleSoft General Ledger System.

Must be highly computer literate, including advanced use of Excel.

Must be willing to roll up sleeves.

Must be able to establish effective working relationships with Senior Management and Staff at all levels of the organization.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

Master's in Business Administration (MBA) and/or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Public accounting experience.

Licenses and Certifications Preferred:

MBA or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.

Public accounting experience preferred.

Minimum rate of $133,120 Annually

HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency for our team members. Geographic Location: Cost of living and market rates for the specific location.

Internal Equity: Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the organization.

Budget and Grant Funding: Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered.

Some jobs may also be eligible for performance-based incentives, bonuses, or commissions not reflected in the starting rate. Certain positions may also be eligible for shift differentials for work performed on evening, night, or weekend shifts.
