This position requires an employee to be onsite at 3200 Labore Rd, Ste 104, Vadnais Heights, Minnesota at least 50% of the time, with some opportunity to perform work from a telework location.

Direct Care and Treatment (DCT) is seeking experienced Financial Analysts to join our Fiscal Analysis team. As DCT Financial Analysts, you will provide financial management expertise, support and direction by monitoring and analyzing spending trends and developing complex financial models to assist leadership in long range planning and executive decision making.
Responsibilities include:
Monitor expenditures and staffing levels of individual operating budgets, keeping budget managers and program managers apprised of current fiscal issues.
Develop financial reports and advise Program Directors and other DCT personnel in the analysis and interpretation of these reports.
Analyze income and expense reports to determine financial viability of programs/services and prepare forecasts to provide site administrators, Program Directors, and program Executives with information concerning the financial conditions of individual programs and services.
Develop financial training for DCT managers and supervisors to assure they have the tools necessary to understand their roles and responsibilities as budget managers.
Minimum Qualifications
To be qualified for and considered for this position, applicants must meet all the minimum qualifications listed below. Three (3) years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, and/or budget administration.
Experience must include:
Monitoring, analyzing, forecasting, and reconciling budgets, expenditures, or other financial data to support organizational or program decision-making.
Using Microsoft Excel to analyze financial or operational data, prepare reports, and communicate findings.
Using financial accounting systems and software such as SWIFT or Oracle.
NOTE: A bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field may substitute one (1) year of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Working knowledge of Minnesota statutes, statewide accounting practices and procedures.
