About the Role...
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will support inventory management and material flow across the network. This includes coordinating stock transfers, optimizing inventory positioning, maintaining system accuracy, and supporting short-term material planning and supplier execution.
About the Team...
The Supply Chain Planning Team is comprised of individuals who bring a wide breadth of knowledge and experience to ensure we have the right materials, at the right time to support our customers. This includes the movement of raw materials, forecasting our finished goods needs and movement of goods between warehouses. When customers place their orders, our team ensures the items are delivered on time, in full and per the customers specifications - making high quality, safe, and nutritious foods for babies and toddlers!
About the Work Environment...
This position is located at the Amsterdam, New York LEED® certified production facility. Most job functions are performed in a well-lit, environmentally controlled office environment. The candidate may occasionally be in an environment that requires a hairnet, beard cover, safety glasses, hearing protection and lab coat. Restrictions include wearing of jewelry, nail polish and acrylic nails. Other personal protection equipment may be required for certain tasks.

What You'll Do...
Manage short-term (2-3 week horizon) stock transfers for finished goods, raw materials, and packaging to support supply chain objectives; issue raw material purchase orders as needed.
Analyze and execute finished goods rebalancing across the network to optimize inventory, service levels, and fill rates
Create, process, and monitor daily and weekly deliveries and stock transfers across internal facilities, external storage locations, and third-party partners
Collaborate with Supply Chain and Plan & Deliver teams to coordinate STO movements, track changes, and communicate updates
Ensure accurate inventory visibility and integrity within SAP while identifying opportunities to minimize freight costs
Communicate regularly with internal and external partners to ensure timely and accurate execution of stock transfers
Access and maintain vendor portals to support STO notifications and coordination
Support raw material execution at TPM sites, ensuring inventory accuracy before and after production runs
Execute short-term material planning activities, including expediting, order confirmation, and supplier call-offs aligned to the production schedule
Maintain accurate SAP data, including purchase orders, planning parameters, and master data; communicate BOM updates as needed
Develop and maintain reporting to track STO performance and key KPIs
Identify and support process improvement initiatives
Contribute to the monthly Supply Review process

What You'll Need...
1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related field preferred, but not required
Experience in CPG, food manufacturing, or a fast-paced environment preferred
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
Strong communication skills with internal teams, suppliers, and warehouse partners
Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to analyze data and present insights
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
Project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives to completion

Pay: The annual base salary range for this in-person role is $58,000 - 70,000. This is a salaried exempt position.
