About the Role
Under the direction of the Associate Director, Supply Chain Planning, the Supply Chain Analyst will be the subject matter expert in supply planning reporting and analytics. You'll partner closely with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Chain Operations, and other stakeholders to create reporting solutions that drive better decisions across the business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping teams work smarter through automation and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret supply planning data to develop insights and recommendations that support business decisions.
Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and planning inputs.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and exception management.
Partner with Supply Planners and production stakeholders to understand reporting needs and business requirements.
Develop and implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
Drive process improvement and automation initiatives that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Communicate findings and recommendations through presentations, reports, and stakeholder discussions.
Stay current on emerging analytics tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Sigma.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Query skills.
Strong ability to work with large datasets and analyze complex information.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Curiosity and a passion for understanding data and how it drives business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SQL, Snowflake, and Python.
Experience using AI-powered tools to analyze data and develop visualizations.
Understanding of data modeling and data warehousing principles.
