What You'll DoFront Desk & Office Operations
Greet visitors, clients, and team members with a professional and welcoming attitude.
Maintain a polished reception area and main office entrance.
Receive and distribute deliveries, packages, and incoming mail.
Ensure office amenities, including beverage stations, are stocked and functioning properly.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, provide information, and route messages appropriately.
Administrative Support
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, proposals, and other business documents.
Provide copying, scanning, mailing, and document management support.
Maintain organized filing systems and departmental records.
Assist with data entry and document preparation while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Calendar & Meeting Coordination
Manage calendars, appointments, conference calls, and meeting schedules.
Coordinate meeting logistics, including room reservations, attendee communication, catering, and materials preparation.
Support staff and departments by ensuring events and meetings run smoothly from start to finish.
Travel & Project Support
Arrange travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and detailed itineraries.
Assist with expense reporting and monthly reporting requirements.
Support department projects and collaborate with team members to meet business objectives.
Provide office supply management, invoice processing, and vendor coordination.
Assist smaller offices throughout the Southeast region with supply ordering needs.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
2-4 years of experience in an administrative assistant, receptionist, office coordinator, or similar role.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong proofreading, editing, and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
Preferred Experience
Front desk or reception experience within a professional office environment.
Experience supporting multiple managers, departments, or teams.
Meeting and event coordination experience.
Report, presentation, and document preparation experience.
Travel coordination and expense reporting experience.
Ability to work effectively on team projects while managing independent responsibilities.

Work Environment
This is a fully onsite position located in a professional office setting. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role involves working at the reception desk and supporting office operations using standard office equipment and technology.

This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00/hr.
