This is an entry-level manufacturing position with paid training and advancement opportunities.
What You'll Do
As a Level 1 Manufacturing Technician, you will learn the complete production process from start to finish while working alongside experienced team members.
Responsibilities include:
Operate industrial sewing machines and production equipment
Cut and prepare pre-designed material patterns
Assembling industrial insulation products
Fill, stuff, and prepare products for final production
Maintain quality, accuracy, and production efficiency
Assist team members and support workflow across departments
Keep workstations clean and organized daily
Follow safety procedures and production standards
Learn multiple areas of the manufacturing process
Meet production goals while maintaining product quality
Participate in monthly team meetings
Perform additional duties as assigned by management

No industrial equipment or insulation experience? No problem. We provide on-the-job training for motivated individuals who are ready to work and learn.

Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

Ability to follow instructions and production standards
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Valid driver's license or reliable transportation is a must
