City Wide is a national franchise network that manages building maintenance and facility services for commercial clients, giving you a proven brand and a broad portfolio of services to sell.

We're searching for someone with a true hunter mentality-a competitive, goal-oriented professional who is energized by exceeding sales targets and creating new opportunities. This is a full-cycle sales role built for hunters-you will prospect, pitch, and close, then handoff to a strong operations team that delivers.

The ideal candidate has a proven history of consistently surpassing sales goals, excels at managing multiple priorities, possesses a strong work ethic, and is confident using CRM tools to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. You'll have the opportunity to work with clients across a variety of industries, including industrial, healthcare, and retail, helping businesses improve their facilities while delivering exceptional customer service and long-term value.

In this exciting role, you will:

Own the full sales cycle-from lead generation, prospecting, and qualification to presentation and close

Identify and qualify new commercial clients through cold outreach, referrals, and networking throughout the Western New York area

Schedule and lead client meetings, assess account needs, and deliver compelling service presentations

Build rapport, navigate objections, and consistently bring deals across the finish line

Dedicate a minimum of 20 hours per week to active prospecting

Utilize and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to keep client data accurate and up to date

Maintain a Top 100 prospect list and always keep the CRM well-organized and current

Promote a positive and collaborative work atmosphere through respectful communication with clients, colleagues, and leadership

Other duties as assigned

Requirements

At least 3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven, documented track record of hitting or exceeding quota

A true "hunter" mindset-goal-driven, self-motivated, and energized by the chase

Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal

Analytical thinking and sharp negotiation skills

Experience in closing short-cycle B2B sales cycles

Problem-solving skills - ability to find a solution for or to operate proactively to solve problems

Familiarity with CRM platforms, with strong attention to detail for entering, organizing, and maintaining customer data

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Prior formal sales training (Sandler, Dale Carnegie, or similar) is a strong plus

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

High School diploma required; bachelor's degree highly preferred
