Kelly® is hiring Forklift Operators for a manufacturing facility in Clackamas, OR . This role is ideal for experienced forklift operators who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and supporting production operations.

You will play a key role in keeping production running by safely moving materials, staging pallets, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Position Details:

Location: 16800 SE Evelyn St, Clackamas, OR

Pay: Up to $24.35/hour depending on experience

Schedule: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule

Every other weekend is a 3-day weekend!

Benefits include:

Responsibilities:

Safely operate electric or propane forklifts in a manufacturing warehouse environment

Move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility

Stage pallets for production using FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures

Deliver materials to production lines to support daily operations

Use RF scanners and ERP systems to track inventory movement

Maintain accurate inventory records for all pallet movements

Follow all safety procedures and warehouse organization standards

Wear required PPE including hairnet, safety glasses, and safety vest

Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines

Qualifications:

Previous forklift experience required

Experience operating electric or propane forklifts preferred

Warehouse, manufacturing, or production support experience preferred

Comfortable using RF scanners and computer systems

Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy

Ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule

Ability to follow safety procedures in a fast-paced environment
