As a Lead Security Officer - Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

What's in it for you:

Site Location: San Francisco, CA

Set schedule: (A) Shift Lead (B) Concierge Security Officer

(A) Saturday to Sunday (B) Monday to Wednesday

(A) 1:30pm to 10:00pm (B) 2:00pm to 10:30pm

Competitive hourly wage of $31/hour as a Shift Lead and $26/hour as a Concierge Security Officer (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors

Manage access control

Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks

Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs

Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams

Answer questions in person or by phone

Write incident reports and communicate security concerns

Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

Be authorized to work in the U.S.

Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED

At least 1 year of security supervisory experience is preferred

First aid certification is an asset

Exceptional customer service skills

Proficient in basic phone & computer skills

If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better!

You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and an additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security training can be obtained during the hiring process)
