Job Title: General Production Worker - ENTRY LEVEL

Job Description

This role focuses on assembling small components for a variety of units. You will be working in a clean, climate-controlled production environment. You will follow detailed work orders, use hand and power tools, and perform basic computer-based tasks to ensure each unit meets quality and production standards.

Responsibilities

Assemble small parts and components according to work orders and production specifications.

Read and interpret work orders, instructions, and documentation with strong reading comprehension.

Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assembly tasks.

Essential Skills

At least 3+ months of manufacturing experience.

At least 3+ months of experience using hand tools.

At least 3+ months of basic computer skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr.
