Job Title: Entry-Level Manufacturing Associate

Job Description

This role supports a busy manufacturing operation by assisting with production tasks and operating machines on a structured first-shift schedule. You will work with hand and power tools, read basic blueprints, and help ensure products are manufactured safely, accurately, and on time in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Operate production machinery, including brake press and related equipment, according to established procedures and safety guidelines.

Use hand tools and power tools to perform basic fabrication, assembly, or finishing work as directed.

Interpret and follow basic blueprints or work instructions to ensure parts meet specifications.

Inspect parts and materials during production to identify obvious defects or issues and report them to the appropriate team members.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
