Work Environment
The role is based in a large, highly automated facility of approximately 70,000 square feet, featuring about 14 miles of conveyors and a rapidly expanding fleet of robots, growing from around 30 units to hundreds. The environment centers on high-speed material handling, automation, and robotic systems, supported by pneumatic equipment and advanced control systems. Maintenance work is performed using a full set of provided tools and a CMMS for planning and documentation. The typical schedule follows a 4-days-on, 3-days-off pattern, with options for front half (Sunday-Wednesday) or back half (Wednesday-Saturday) shifts.
