The Senior Technical Analyst will be responsible for service delivery and project deliverables within the global infrastructure environment. This role will identify gaps, needs, and lead improvement efforts to improve service delivery. This role will be considered a subject matter expert (SME) in one or more key technologies under the infrastructure domain. It is expected that this role will operate independently, solve complex problems, and fulfill requests with minimal supervision.

Responsiblefor supporting ongoing medium tohigh complexity maintenance,Run-the-Business(RTB) support, and Incident ServiceRequestsofthe assigned global infrastructurearea.
Provide solutions for bothRTBandproject efforts ofmediumto high complexity.
Serveasa projectresourceon application and infrastructureproject efforts representingfunctional capabilities.
Assist withgathering requirements, creating recommendations, andimplementingsolutionstomeet theprojectrequirements.
Provide knowledge sharing, asrecognized SME, inefforts such aswriting complex knowledgearticles, relationship development withother Information Technology (IT) staff, mentoring, and jobshadowing.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor'sdegree in ComputerScience,Information Systems, orequivalent.
Five(5)or more yearsofexperienceinInformation Technology, orin a related area.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Relevantindustry related certifications.
InformationTechnology experience within the manufacturingindustry.
Ability to effectively communicate.
Ability toworkin a team environment.
Strong organizational skills withexceptional follow throughandattentionto detail.
Strong time-management and prioritization skills, abletomulti-taskandprioritize competing requirements and meet deadlines.

Database Administration:
Oracle Role: Experiencein Oracle database, Oracle RAC, and Oracle RMAN; Experiencewithin Oracle Data Guard, Oracle Multi-tenant database, Oracle Goldengate, Enterprise Manager and/or Exadata;Experiencewithinoperating systems (Linus(RHEL,SUSE, OEL), AIX,or Solaris; OracleCertifiedProfessional.
SQL Role: Knowledge andexperiencewithin database build,databasearchitecture,database backup andrecovery; Knowledge with SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS; Experience in SQL 2016, 2014 and/or2012;Experiencein Widows 2012,2008,and/or2003; Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)and/or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert(MCSE).
Server:
AIX: Experience withAIXon IBM Power Systems andAIXvirtualization; Experience with deploying and patchingAIX systems usingHMC; IBM AIXCertification

WORKING CONDITIONS
Working Hours: Our team operates 24/7 due to the nature of the digital technology work we support. In this role, you must cover night, weekend, and holiday shifts when the business requires it.

Pay Range:
$92,600.00 - $154,400.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
