Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Location: Eastport, NY (Fully Onsite)

Pay Rate: $25.00/hour

Job Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations in a fast-paced environment. The primary responsibility of this role will be processing and ticketing incoming trucks within NetSuite while providing administrative support to management and office personnel. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys balancing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Process and ticket incoming trucks using NetSuite.

Provide administrative support to management and office staff.

Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.

Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems.

Enter, update, and manage data within company systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Assist with invoice processing, purchase orders, and expense tracking.

Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail, shipping, and delivery activities.

Greet visitors and provide professional customer service.

Support general office operations and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in administrative support, office administration, customer service, or a related role. (Entry-level grads are encouraged to apply!)

Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritize competing responsibilities effectively.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Professional demeanor with a positive, customer-focused attitude.

Previous experience with NetSuite is a plus but not required.

Schedule & Compensation

Monday through Friday: 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Every other Saturday: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Fully onsite in Eastport, NY

Up to $25.00/hr based on experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
