Description

We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to serve as a key point of contact for both English- and Spanish-speaking customers. This position will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, resolving concerns, processing requests, and ensuring customers receive clear and accurate information in their preferred language. The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English, professional, patient, and comfortable communicating with a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service and support to English- and Spanish-speaking customers by phone, email, and in person.

Communicate with Spanish-speaking customers to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide accurate information regarding products, services, accounts, or processes.

Translate or explain company information, policies, procedures, and documentation to Spanish-speaking customers as needed.

Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.

Troubleshoot customer issues and identify appropriate solutions while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Process customer requests, orders, payments, account updates, and other transactions accurately.

Enter and maintain customer information and service interactions in company databases or CRM systems.

Follow up with customers regarding outstanding questions, requests, or concerns.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.

Communicate customer needs and concerns to internal teams to help ensure timely resolution.

Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions.

Handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Maintain knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures to effectively assist customers.

Perform additional administrative and customer service responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Fluent in Spanish and English, both verbally and in writing.

Previous customer service, call center, administrative, or office experience preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers from diverse backgrounds.

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Ability to remain patient, professional, and composed when handling challenging customer situations.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Experience with CRM, database, or customer management systems preferred.

Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
